Paywell Plus with HR provides the flexibility to choose which tools your organisation will use. You can remove components from the software and streamline the toolset you use to meet your HR requirements. This can help to reduce your workload, minimising the clutter and clearing tasks from your job list. With Paywell Plus Payroll and HR you can select which components are critical to your work flow.

The Personnel within the HR system have different IDs to that used in the payroll system. You can manage personnel details across both systems and benefit from sharing information between departments. The HR system can be used across the whole organisation or it can be linked to specific payrolls to provide better quality of service to a specific employee group.
