Paywell Plus may operate in a Client/Server environment or through Browser screens over an intranet or the internet. Therefore, we can offer a number of options for the Paywell Plus user such as:

Customers using our Payroll Outsource Service may use the Paywell Plus HR system hosted on the same server which we use to maintain the customer's Payroll;

Customers may wish us to manage both their Payroll and HR systems on our servers and use the Employee and Manager Self Service modules in the Browser interface format to gain access to these databases from their own locations.

Indeed, we can implement the Client/Server version of Paywell Plus Payroll in the Customer's site along with the Browser version of the Paywell Plus HR system, thus enabling the Management easy access to the HR data through browser screens.

There isn't any special reason why you may not change from one format to the other either in full or in part. We will try to fit the right solution to your requirements.

The software and the database may be the same as you operate in Client/Server mode or through the Browser interface, but the basis for usage changes. When we host a system for our customers we do so on a rental basis, so rather than paying for the perpetual license to use the system we offer the system for your use on an annually renewable rental basis. This takes the item off your balance sheet and gives you more control over the medium to long term.
